When light enters darkness,
It doesn’t matter when or where,
It enters.
The only question is;
Will you see it?
Thank you for the light you carry in the world and your willingness to share that, now. We are living in interesting times, sometimes described as dark times. The environment we live in has complexity and abundance, so much so that sometimes it is challenging to navigate through it on a day to day basis.
We know much about self care thanks in part to the internet, and have little time to put the things we know into practice. If you are like me, there is also a layer of self talk that includes disappointment that I am not doing the things I know are good for me (food choices, rest, water intake, exercise, friends, recreation, responsibilities and other things I “plan” on doing). This sometimes becomes another added pressure or at least static interfering with my open reception to inspiration, guidance and innate wisdom.
My intention for this Gathering of Women’s Wisdom; is to create a space that interrupts the ongoing-ness of life for a reset, a check-in, and a remembering. I have been asking for an opportunity to gather with others of like mind and heart, for the purpose of growth, inspiration and support. This group was inspired by that intention from me.
Each of us carry the wisdom of our ancestors. We carry the wisdom of perhaps lifetime upon lifetime, not to mention this lifetime. I know, that each of us has a piece of the puzzle for a vibrant, healthy and regenerative community. I invite you to notice what drew you to this gathering of women. Notice what it is that you may have been asking for. This group will be the result of all of us sharing together like “stone soup”.
